Teri Llovet is a talented  singer, guitarist and bassist who has performed with multiple bands over the years. Teri composes and performs her own songs, and can often be heard playing in the open-mic circuit around western Montana, as well as handling bass and vocal duties in the FMP. Teri has a powerful and distinctive singing voice, and is a respected artist well-known to the music scene in our corner of Montana.




 

Dan Waugh is one of the premier saxophone players in the northwestern U.S. Dan has a unique and eclectic playing style that makes people stop in their tracks and listen. He is a gifted player and composer, and has written several songs that the band currently performs. Dan's influences include, among others, Lenny Pickett (of the SNL Band), "Doc" Kupka, and trumpet/trombonist Mic Gillette. He has shared the stage with Elvin Bishop, Tower of Power, Dick Dale and many other well-regarded acts over 30 years. After living and playing in the Portland, Oregon region for many years, Dan now calls Montana his home.




  

Doug Ruhman is a guitarist from the Polson, Montana area. Doug has been playing since 1977, when he got his first guitar, a nylon-stringed Yamaha classical. He taught himself to play by watching his friends (especially New England singer-songwriter Daniel Wheatley) and his musical heros, who include Stevie Ray Vaughan, Mark Knopfler, Dickie Betts, and all the Kings: B.B., Albert, and Freddie. Doug played acoustic and solo for many years, until forming the Ruminators in 2000. Doug met Dan Waugh as the two men joined forces alongside Jack Bodnar and the Belairs, onstage at the Sandpoint (ID) Festival in summer of 2006 - warming up for Dick Dale and the Deltones. Doug and Dan enlisted the help of drummer Rob Spencer and Teri Llovet on bass... and the FMP were born!


 

Rob Spencer has been a drummer in numerous bands in the northwest and elsewhere for over 40 years. He began playing in the mid 1960s, and has performed with more than 25 bands including the DLO Big Band, The Blue Ribbon Band, the famous Blue Onion Band, Street Legal with Michael Atherton and the very first Montana Grand Ole’ Opry Band.  Rob also has played with Jerry Jeff Walker, Buddy De Franco and once opened with Blue Onion for George Thorogood and the Destroyers at the "Rockin’ The Rivers" festival.  Rob has played in many musical styles, but is particularly oriented towards rock, blues, and jazz styles. He even performs with a Scottich Pipe and Drum group from time to time! Rob's work with the FMP represents the culmination of his musical career to this point.
